Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com)  is now in search for a Virtual Notary Public to work in the U.S. only.

JOB TYPE: Full-time

DUTIES:

• Notarize documents and roll fingerprints for walk-in clients.
• Provide customer service, answer phone calls, and prepare quotes.
• Occasionally travel to various clients to legalize their authenticated documents as required.
• Assist in preparing and shipping documents to vendors and clients.
• Various other office duties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Notary Public License (at least 1 years’ experience).
• Certificate to Roll Fingerprints issued by the Department of Justice.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Able to travel to see clients, as well as a valid Driver’s License.
• Extremely organized, detail oriented, punctual, and computer literate.
• Able to multi-task & effectively manage time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

PAYMENT:  $125.00 to $200.00per loan signing appointment
