Real Estate Market Place is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Real Estate Agent to work remotely in the U.S.
JOB TYPE: Full-time
DUTIES:

Meet with pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents and convert them into new business.

Respond to all leads and potential Home Buyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base.

Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched.

Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in Home buyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale.

Coordinate with home inspectors and Realtor's to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings.
-
Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client.

Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings.

Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale.

Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate

Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have full-time availability (No Part-time). Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
PAYMENT: $99,000 per year

Skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Real-Estate license or pursuing one is required.
• At least one year of work experience in real estate sales or related fields.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
SKILLS:
• Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential.
• Familiarity with the real estate market area and current real estate trends.
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
