Real Estates Market Place is seeking for someone to fill the position of an Industrial Property Manager to work virtually in the U.S.


This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations in the management of industrial real estate to include some accounting, strong tenant relations, maintenance, repairs, and construction.

JOB TYPE: Full-time


  • Review Aging and contact delinquent Tenants to collect monthly lease payments.

  • Respond and resolve all tenant requests positively and promptly.

  • Maintain lease files per company policy.

  • Approve monthly rent charges.

  • Draft correspondence as necessary to administer lease provisions including all notices, defaults, COI requests, HVAC maintenance requests, and tenant emergency contact information.

  • Responds to tenant requests in accordance with the lease agreement, assuring compliance with all provisions.

  • Assist in the preparation of the monthly financial reports and annual budgets.

  • Coordinate tenant move-ins.

  • Conduct tenant move-out inspections.

  • Initiate, contract and administer all necessary services to maintain the property such as landscaping, janitorial, security, fire systems, and roof leaks.

  • Obtain bids, contract and monitor qualified contractors for all construction projects including capital repairs and tenant improvements.

  • Commit vendor invoices for payment.

  • Submit weekly payables batch to Asset Manager for approval.

  • Review and approval monthly late fees.

  • Submit monthly accruals to accounting.

  • Reconcile Tenant ledgers.

  • Perform quarterly property inspections.

  • Routinely visit properties and conduct inspections to ensure upkeep of property.

  • Additional responsibilities will be done as required by the Asset Manager and/or Regional Manager to effectively manage properties.


  • Answer all phone calls punctually and professionally.

  • Prepare letters, emails, memos and faxes.

  • Copy, scan and maintain office filing systems.

  • Perform basic IT duties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

PAYMENT: $55,000 per year

• 5/+ years of Commercial Property Management experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• Knowledge of property management accounting software; Yardi Voyager and Kardin is a plus!
