Real Estates Market Place (realestatesmarketplace.com) is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Commercial Real Estate Sales/Leasing Agent to work remotely in the U.S.
JOB TYPE: Full-time, flexible, remote
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business development, building, and managing strong relationships in the industry.
Prospecting new client relationships and referral sources.
Attend networking and industry events.
Presenting marketing proposals to clients.
Negotiate exclusive listing agreements.
Market exclusive listings to qualified buyers and tenants and negotiating offers.
Advise clients on their individualized real estate investment strategies.
Prepare Request for Proposals (RFP) and review RFP responses.
Analyze data & prepare reports: average rent, tenants in market, historical data, & market comparisons.
Gather the necessary materials: listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, & sales agreements.
Prepare letters of intent, purchase agreements, offers, and term sheets.
Participate in contract negotiations and perform due diligence.
Maintain a current knowledge of market conditions, property values, & legislation.
QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE: Commercial Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
LICENSE: Real Estate License (Preferred)

PAYMENT: Leasing Agent/Assistant Manager
Real Estate Market Place is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Leasing Agent/Assistant Manager to work in the U.S.
JOB TYPE: Part-time
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet with prospective renters and take them on tours of the units that interest them.
Prepare and execute leases in accordance with our property standards and regulations.
Conduct credit checks and other background tasks to qualify potential renters.
Collect application fees, security deposits and rent payments.
Coordinate property maintenance.
Inform residents of any changes to the rental agreement or upcoming problems with the property.
Follow up with prospective renters.
Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service.
Monitor use of community facilities, including outside amenities and clubhouse & fitness centers.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree + preferred)
EXPERIENCE:
3/+ years' experience in leasing, hospitality or administrative work
Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
Property Management: 1 year (Preferred)
Driver's License (Preferred)
SKILLS:

Ability to multitask during busy periods.
Strong knowledge of the real estate industry.
Strong ability to post and maintain a social media account.
