Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is now in search of a Bank Notary Signing Agent to work remotely.

SUMMARY:
You will be meeting with clients throughout the week for real estate lender signings. This is an independent contractor role and you will receive 1099. You must be a U.S. citizen.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Meet with clients at their homes or office to sign bank documents for their purchase or refinance. 
• Show the client where to sign, explain what they are signing, and notarize their signature.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• Notary Public in your state.
• Experience explaining legal documents.
• Ability to travel by automobile in your coverage area.
• Pass a background check
• Must be on time, professional, fluent in English, and tech-savvy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have a computer to receive and print documents.
• Our company will supply you with printing supplies.

PAYMENT: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment
