Upon our approval process we communicate with you, your availability to tour the property locations or meet with our staff to determine what type of home you have in mind that you are looking to build at a scheduled time. We will narrow down to (6) property location or types. Based on your liking of the one selection that you choose, we will assist you along the way until you close on your new home successfully.
